5.9. With the acceptance of these General Contract Conditions and with the successful conclusion of the purchase process and the making of the relevant payments by the Customer, the Customer expressly acknowledges, agrees and accepts that the ticket.maxxi.archeoares.it Service provided by the Supplier is a service for the pre-sale only of Access Tickets to published Events. 7.1. In the case of an online purchase, the Customer has the choice between:
- Shipment of the Access Licence to his domicile at his own expense, which shall be announced at the time of purchase;

The Customer acknowledges that the reimbursement does not include any shipping costs of the Access Licence, if already incurred by the Supplier.
9.2. The Supplier, since it is neither the organiser nor the supplier of the Event, cannot be held liable in any way for any variations in the programme of the Events published through the ticket.maxxi.archeoares.it Service and, to this end, it is recommended to always check the characteristics of the scheduled Events directly on the official site and/or on the communication channels of the Organiser.
